Ms. Miller is personally invested in the health and well being of our society. She has individually trained and mentored over 1250 people in free in-line skating instruction and healthy living for our underserved youth. Rebecca’s focus includes helping our veterans and animals in need.
An avid athlete and recent marathon runner, a gold medalist in distance skating, a former dancer, and a lover of the arts, her passion and drive is evident in all aspects of her life. Ms. Miller also enjoys history, cultural diversity, archery, humor and international travel.

Mr. Humble is an Entrepreneur and Philanthropist. During the 9/11 tragedy he used his resources and connections to help the victims families by not only donating his time and money but by also producing the song “Come Home” by Amanda Hill which went # 1 in over 19 countries. Humble helped raise millions of dollars for the victims’ families of the tragedy. He worked with the Red Cross, the Governor of New York’s Office and the White House to ensure that the money and other donations for the victims’ families were delivered in a timely fashion. President George W. Bush even sent thank you letters to Mrs. Hill and Mr. Humble after copy of the song was delivered to President Bush by Congressman Dan Burton. He is also holds a commercial and instrument pilot’s license.

Diane’s work experience has varied over her career; bring a unique mix of skills and talents to her work in leadership. She led Professional Development for American Commercial Lines; LLC from 1996 to 2003 then directed Learning and Leadership Development at Churchill Downs, Inc. from 2004 to 2006. She served as an instructor at Kent State University, Cuyahoga Community College, Spalding University, University of Louisville, University of Kentucky and Alliant University.
Her most recent work has involved various aspects of organizational effectiveness including: leadership coaching, executive development, assessment/selection, succession planning and the design of corporate universities. During her career, she has served as an executive coach, led team building sessions with various corporations and implemented strategies for successful people integration during mergers and acquisitions. Amy holds a Bachelors of Arts from Bellarmine University.

When Amy is not busy taking clients’ business to the next level, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Dave, their children, and their goldendoodle, Lola. She is very active in her church, loves to coach her daughter’s basketball team, throw the football with her son and surf behind their ski boat at the lake.
